We charge a flat 20% for EMD funds. If the deal closes, we will receive the original sum plus 20%. Non-refundable administrative fee - wired or Cash App.
A 1.5% fee on all double closings with a 3 day notice. Minimum $1000 return
$150 Non-refundable TC fee due after approval and before funding.
